Fees and Services

Full-Day Mediation: $1,200 per party.

A full-day mediation typically begins at 9:30 AM and continues until the parties reach either an agreement or an impasse.

Half-Day Mediation: $600 per party.

A half-day mediation includes four hours of mediation time, typically either from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, or from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Additional time is billed at $400 per hour.

In-Person Mediation

In-person mediations incur an additional fee of $200 per party.

Arbitration: Fee varies depending on the nature and complexity of the dispute.
